Westbay Industries, including Nemic Industrial Supply, Brammall Industrial Supply, and Twisted Tool (“we”), respects the privacy of our employees. This policy covers our SMS alert program for Westbay Ticket Desk.

Information we collect

For the SMS alert program we collect an employee’s name, company, and mobile phone number, along with a record of their consent to receive text messages.

How we use it

Mobile numbers are used only to send urgent operational alerts from our internal ticket system to employees who have opted in.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a messaging service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or contact it@nemic.net to be removed.
