Program description

Westbay Industries, including Nemic Industrial Supply, Brammall Industrial Supply, and Twisted Tool, sends text message alerts to employees who opt in. Alerts notify employees of urgent operational tickets in our internal ticket system, Westbay Ticket Desk.

Who receives messages

Only employees who have opted in through our enrollment form. Consent is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when an urgent ticket is created or a ticket is raised to urgent and the recipient needs to know about it.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. Reply HELP for help, or contact it@nemic.net.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
